Project Summary
The Sunset Avenue Preliminary Engineering Study seeks to identify proposed transportation improvements to the approximately 1.4 mile segment of Sunset Avenue from Palmetto Drive to County Road 33.  The primary objective of the study is to conduct an evaluation of project improvements and provide the documentation necessary for the City and County to reach a decision on the type, location, and design configuration of future improvements to the corridor.  The study team will conduct an evaluation of conceptual improvements and perform engineering analyses and environmental impact evaluations of potential social, economic and environmental impacts.
